Parking is available at the Long Beach Convention Center. There is a parking fee of $10.

If you have colleagues and friends who wish to attend ASC, we will have walk up registration available at Check-In. It will be $40 Cash Only.

For those who ordered an Agenda Show badge with their ASC registration — To pick up, please go to the “GUEST / INFO” Desk, which will be to the right when you walk into the Agenda Show Registration/ Badge Pick Up Area inside the Long Beach Convention Center. Tell them your name and that you are on the ASC list. Aspen/Snowmass will once again host The Meeting, September 27 - 29, 2012. The Meeting is the premier gathering of snowsports filmmakers, athletes, sponsors, media and fans. The 8th installation of The Meeting will deliver a packed schedule of the top 2012-2013 ski and snowboard movies.
The NEPSA Video Awards return to the Wheeler Opera House on Thursday, September 27 and offer athletes and filmmakers from the region an opportunity to showcase their talents and compete for a cash prize. Athletes are invited to create multimedia presentations using music, video, photography and other mediums, while incorporating one of the following themes: Before Aspen, First Chair, and Duct Tape to Diamonds. This is going to be a great ShmoozaPalooza. With a 5-year track record of success in producing job fair and networking events, the Portland Shmooz will surely be another success.
