EVAN FOX – CEO, YEASTIE BOYS
Evan is the owner, founder and operator of Yeastie Boys. Growing up Jewish he was no stranger to bagels. As a direct descendant to Rueben Kulakofsky (Creator of the Rueben Sandwich), food was always a passion of his, but he wasn’t a chef or baker by trade. He got his start in the music industry as a music publicist for various agencies.
Originally from Phoenix AZ, he moved to NYC in 2010. He honed his skills as a marketer, and helped garner attention for artists through various outlets, such as, Rolling Stone, NME, Pitchfork, The Guardian, and Wall Street Journal. A musician himself, he moved to Los Angeles continuing public relations and making jingles for commercials and licensing out his music.
With his knack for networking and creating hype centered around people and brands he took his knowledge and a leap of faith, bringing a commodity he knows well to people in LA that needed it most. BAGELS.
