This insightful event will feature top brand executives and founders sharing best practices for building and sustaining momentum & growth. Participants will hear from industry leaders about real-world examples of successful initiatives they’ve led. The goal is for participants to be re-inspired and come away with fresh ideas they’ll be able to translate to their individual or business goals.

Josh Landan started his career telling stories from behind the lens – filming, directing, writing, and producing films and documentaries featuring some of the world’s top surfers, snowboarders, and skateboarders. The passion for bringing his athlete friends’ stories to life led him to create Saint Archer Brewing Co. and later Harland Brewing Co.  Recognizing all of his friends were quickly developing a taste for hard seltzer, Josh saw an opportunity to create something different and tell a new story with friends from all walks of life. Ashland Hard Seltzer was brewed to bring together people from all walks of life, to share moments, and create stories as one. Moments are fleeting. Stories live forever. Cheers!


Candy Harris has spent her career developing the visual marketing language of leading lifestyle Brands. As the CEO of Unlisted, a brand incubator and creative marketing agency, she and the Unlisted team spearheaded the development and launch of their latest brand UN/DN LAQR, a disrupter in the beauty space with co-founder Machine Gun Kelly. Prior to founding Unlisted, Candy played both Chief Marketing and Creative Officer roles at Stance, overseeing the Marketing, Creative and Experiential teams.  Having over 20 years of marketing and creative experience, Candy has developed her skills across various brand touch points from product category development, to events and Campaign execution.  While at Stance she led a marketing team through several high-profile collaboration launches ranging from the likes of Rihanna and Jean-Michel Basquiat to crafting global Brand Campaigns and influencer strategies. Prior to joining Stance, Candy spent her career developing brand vision and crafting unique stories around product and personalities alike through her agency experience as well as her Brand and Global Creative Director roles for Billabong.

Tru Grit Fitness was created in Las Vegas, Nevada by Matt Piva fall of 2019. After ascending the ranks of multiple premium brands in the marketing space, it was time for something to call his own. Lifelong friend and business partner, Brandon Hearn knew there was a need for a brand that produced fitness products for consumers and athletes who refused to quit. Brandon has a solid history of building businesses and with the knowledge to incorporate the marketing and branding ideas provided by Matt, a new premium brand was born. A brand for those who are passionate about what they do. A brand to identify with for those who strive to be best in their class. With the unknown state of the world in early 2020, Tru Grit Fitness knew they needed to react and help supply the world with products to stay healthy and fit. Best Buy, Target and Walmart came into the picture midyear 2020 as Tru Grit Fitness launched it’s first line of fitness equipment into all three big box retailers. Tru Grit went from Zero to $50+ Million in Their First Year … During the Pandemic.
